Yummy & fresh food. Not too salty. Too oily in pan fired dishes. Cleanliness is good. Nice customer service.

Good food, wish it was a little more spicy and flavorful though. I got the two item combo and it was filling. Thai tea was also good, good tea to ice ratio.

I enjoy eating here at least once a week. In walking distance from San Jose State University. Service is quick and the food is great! The thai tea is also worth a try. Prices are definitely reasonable. It's a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. My only recommendation is to call the order ahead of time if you're limited on time during the lunch hour. Staff is very friendly!

I ordered yellow curry and garlic chicken. I loved the yellow curry - not spicy but not too sweet.

Excellent Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao, and large portions. They'll make your noodles really spicy if you ask!

Delicious! Everything is good here and it is super cheap! You can't go wrong with any of the items: curry, basil chicken, fish. They also have really good noodles . Delicious!!! Call in to place your order in advanced so you don't have to wait

The place offers very tasty food. The menue item is limited though but, the taste is guaranteed. My personal favorite is Pad thai. I would recommend to try that for sure. Rest, I am a chicken fan. The curries are tasty for the prices, quantity and quality they offer.

Unbelievable food, gotta say. We had 6 apps(calamari, chicken satay, mussels, rot cans, buns, dumplings) plus Thai Iced Tea. Top shelf pickings and if you like spice everything is nice.

I came here for dinner because I had a craving for green curry. This restaurant is totally worth it. The staffs are super nice and courteous. I didn’t know what to order but they helped me find what I wanted. Green curry w/chicken and shrimp fried rice is on point. Good experience over all.

Very good food at reasonable price

Food was great; looked fresh, tasted great and was quickly prepared! If you are looking for great Thai food at very good prices (comparatively) then search no further than Chili Thai, you will love it! This is however a fast food Thai place, so if you are looking to go out to dinner or go on a date, I would not recommend Chili Thai. Go somewhere a little more pricey and "thai" feeling!

Pad Thai here is off the hook! Yo, ask the babes for Thai level spice, and you'll be seeing God while you're hyperventilating. Great for the pores.

I adore this place! They prepare awesome meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that spot is a specialist, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The dishes are always good, the service towards the visitors is helpful. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never discontended. I highly recommend it.

Decent food. Buffet items on hot plates are OK. For more authentic tastes go a-la-carte. Very friendly and polite service. Student-friendly prices.

My favorite pho place in San Jose so far. Cute place across berk lee. Amazing Vietnamese iced coffee and pho is perfectly cooked.

Prices are low for the quality and large portion (easily multiple meals or sharable) there is less variety than I was expecting but they do a great job with the selections they have

We ordered Pad Thai, Pad See Eeu, and pineapple shrimp fried rice. All of them tasted pretty good. We would like to visit this place again and I give them a 5 star for their quality, good portion, cleanness, and price.

Quick service, small place and good taste of Basil Fried rice and Pad Kee Mao with nice mix of veggies. Wish it was more spicy and little less oily. Would definitely recommend if you are look for economical tasty food.

To be honest, I had avoided Thai restaurants because I avoid spicy foods. Relatives took us to dinner at this site. I was very pleased with the options not only for food, but for spice levels. We had a variety of dishes from soft shell crab, to mixed vegetables with tofu, to a fried rice with shrimp, and many more options. Everything was very well received. The service was welcoming, and thoughtful. The two toddlers were given coloring pages and crayons. The mango with ice cream dessert and the sticky rice with ice cream were also great ways to end the meal. I will probably be ordering take-out in the near future due to the variety of options. Price was also very reasonable for the quality of ingredients.

Good food. Price is okey, not cheap or expensive. Very close to san jose state university. I always park on grocery outlets cross the street. I like the environment. Not too busy.

The food here is always fresh and authentic Thai Cuisine. They have one of the best specials ever: Combo 2 items w/Thai tea (All day, no restrictions). Their soups are amazing $3.00 for the small (before tax).

Wish I could give negative stars. Awful food cooked in stale old oil. May taste decent but you might just about live to regret it! Made me stay up all night with stomach ache......disgusting stuff......

A bit spicy but good

Thai Chili Express is a little place near SJSU and City Hall with food both already out and made to order. It's especially good for a fast meal.And by the way, it's actually on 7th Street (very near, but not on, Santa Clara).A nice selection with some veg options, I had the tofu red curry over rice in a bowl. Although it was a good taste and a good portion and friendly workers, the food wasn't amazing, so I'd go back, but not frequently given the alternatives.

Showed up at opening and loved the Thai food. Everything was fresh and the pad Thai made to order was on point. The staff was kind and helpful. They event gave my young daughter some potatoes. I loved having the combo plate options that were ready to grab and go.
